asking for help is not Weakness.
It is strength.
We live in a culture where admitting a struggle can be looked down upon; where asking for help is a sign of weakness. It is hard to feel alone and uncertain of what next steps to take. You know you need to face somethings in your past, or maybe even some difficulties in the here and now. Reaching out is courageous. Facing this pain is a brave, bold step. But you can do it!
As a trauma-informed therapist trained in EMDR, I can walk with you through the pain of PTSD, depression, anxiety, trauma, betrayal, relational distress, loneliness, abuse recovery, communication struggles, and more. With deep insights into the neuroscience of trauma, I love being able to offer hope and wholeness to my clients. I consider it one of the greatest privileges of my life to walk with people into their hurt, pain, confusion, and disappointment. Healing can happen! My vision is to provide trauma-informed, Christ-centered, holistic, and insightful professional counseling in order to help people:
move beyond brokenness and pain into healing.
move beyond unhealthy attachments and bondage into freedom.
move beyond resentment and anger into acceptance and peace.
move beyond toxic and dysfunctional relational patterns into healthy and life-giving relationship with God and others.
move beyond despair into hope.
